Lately I’ve been catching up on my reading. I have a big stack of books I want to read, plus a whole bunch of books that are waiting for me on my e-reader. Life has been hectic, but the quiet moments are made sweeter with a nice book in front of me.
My new e-reader. My brother wanted my tablet, which I hardly use and if I do only the e-reading app. So we made a deal, and tadaaaa: a brand-spanking-new e-reader for free!
It’s a Kobo Toutch. You can buy it in stores and online.
The book I read most: my Bible. As you can see I’m an avid hightlighter. The version I read from is the dutch Herziene Statenvertaling, although I also enjoy reading the King James, NIV and the Message.
The little and beautiful notebook my friend gave me. I use it as a prayer journal, so it gets a lot of use!
What I’m reading right now: The Forgotten God from Francis Chan. It’s about the fact that a lot of churches and people have kind of forgotten about the holy Spirit and what to do about it. Sofar, it’s really good, and when I’ve finished reading I will do a review. Talk to you soon!
